Deborah Douglas Wilbrink is an emerging story writer, retired from ghostwriting memoirs for elders. Her work is forthcoming in Asymptote, The Syncopation Journal, and Dead Mule. She received the Can Serrat 2025 Spring Writer Residency in Spain to work on an upcoming collection of short stories, "Second Wave Adventures", exploring feminist themes, and anticipates a memoir, "The Experiment." Deborah lives between Asheville and Barcelona and likes to perform on guitar the songs she writes.
