If your pitch feels like it’s more self-promotional than storytelling, consider a reframe.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Practices</b></div><div>Teachers! Have a class you’d like to share? Our video and photo-driven practice articles invite readers to follow along with you. Each sequence should be focused on a specific theme, in the same manner you would design a class (e.g. address tight hamstrings, invite grounding, open the heart, prep for a particular pose, etc.). We’re currently accepting classes that are 10 to 15 minutes in length.</div><div><br></div><div>We also welcome explainers on a particular pose or sequences and poses that help students build to a more challenging posture.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Yoga Insights</b></div><div>Yoga is constantly revealing itself to teachers and students alike. If you notice something that profoundly changed your approach to your practice or to life (e.g. a new way to access a pose, a meditation hack, a cue that changed everything for you, a unique transition or modification, etc.), we want to hear about it.</div><div><b><br></b></div><div><b>News and Trends</b></div><div>Have a lead on an innovative endeavor, product, destination, or trend related to yoga, wellness, or mindfulness?
