While we do accept submissions via mail, we strongly encourage you to submit via Submittable. Please submit only once during each reading period. Send a single, typed document (.doc, .docx, or .pdf). We do accept simultaneous submissions, but trust that you will withdraw your poem or packet promptly if accepted elsewhere.

All poetry accepted poems are automatically considered for our Editors’ Prize; we often award a Translation Prize as well. Copies. Accepted poets will receive one copy of the issue featuring their poem, and the opportunity to purchase additional copies at a discount ($7 + shipping) RHINO nominates each year’s prize winners for the Pushcart Prize and for inclusion in the Best Literary Translations Anthology.
