About
Nachtljocht is a quarterly literary journal publishing fiction and short plays. The name is Frisian for “night light.” The small one you leave on, the one you read by when you can't sleep. We publish work without restrictions on genre, form, or subject matter. We are open to realist, speculative, romantic, horrific, strange, quiet, impossible — whatever it is. What matters to us is execution. We are looking for work that knows what it is doing....
Truly a great editor here! Their process is smooth, professional, and the editor provides updates faithfully so I never feel left in the dark!
