ONE GOOD DAY - Debut Lit Journal from a long running Irish amplifier of voices

A positive multi-media and event space dedicated to change the narrative. We present uplifting news and organise events to amplify over-excluded voices and to change the narrative.

We aim to amplify underheard voices in the community

Good Day Cork

ONE GOOD DAY - The new journal from Good Day Cork, is open for submissions from Monday 15th of July to the 1st of September.

What? An arts journal that will be, essentially, a longer version of one of our zines, with similar great content, different submission guidelines, and a team who can’t wait to read all of your work. The theme of your submissions should be related to “one good day”, whether this is a work of prose, a poem, or visual art/photography, but please feel free to interpret the theme however you like. Haven't seen one of our zines? You can order one on www.gooddaycork.com.

Who? As part of Good Day Cork's ethos, we encourage submissions from creators whose voices typically go unheard in our society, namely, members of ethnic or cultural minority groups, people living with visible or invisible disabilities, the lgbtq+ community, people of colour and anyone who experiences systemic inequality or discrimination.
