FU Review is an independent print literary journal based in Berlin. We publish short stories, poetry, essays, and everything in-between.

FU Review Berlin is an independent English-language print literary journal based in Berlin, Germany. Established to provide a platform for diverse voices, the journal publishes a range of literary works, including short stories, poetry, and essays. 

We are particularly interested in promoting perspectives that are traditionally underrepresented. 

Physical copies are available in select bookstores throughout Berlin, and digital editions can be purchased through our online shop.

Carry your heart on your sleeve and belief at your chest. Carry the world on your shoulders and your groceries, too. Say it’s time to carry a word with its weight and its meaning. Say your bags are heavy. Say we are each called what we carry.
