About
We open for submissions for one week a year. During that week, we receive over 1,000 stories and select our favourites for publication on National Flash Fiction Day. On that day, we post a flood of flash, with a new story appearing every five-to ten minutes for a 24-hour flash extravaganza.
I had a piece selected for the National Day of Flash Fiction. The response was within 48 hours. It's a pleasure going through the long list of flash pieces, which come from all over the world and reflect a variety of genres and experiences.
