We are not heavily invested in categories, forms, or formats. In fact, we like work that makes us go, “huh?” We use the categories: poetry, fiction, creative non-fiction, essay, and script loosely. Mix it up. We will consider visual poetry, photography that incorporates text, or other kinds of mash-up. Think otherwise!

Photography

We want work rooted in the self, in your self, your dreams, your challenges, your desires, your struggles. Erotica is fine, but nothing explicit. For inspiration, we have a page showing some of the artwork of our muses, Claude Cahun and Marcel Moore. All images should be 72 dpi and JPG or PNG. (Artwork will be published as JPG.) Please submit art with a MINIMUM long side of 1024 pixels. File size should not exceed 2 MB. Assistance with sizing and formatting is available after work has been accepted.

We pay $15 per individual work. We are interested in identity, gender, recovery, and self representation. Seeking unpublished work but will consider all submissions. Let us know if a work is previously published and where. We like weird.
