About the Magazine
Founded in 2016 | United States
The Chicago Review of Books presents Arcturus, an online literary magazine of new perspectives in fiction, creative nonfiction, poetry, and hybrid genres. Inspired by Chicago’s early modernist literary magazines like The Dial (1880), Poetry (1912), and The Little Review (1914), we’ve published a diverse array of writers and poets since our founding in 2016, including Kristine Ong Muslim, Scott Blackwood, Allegra Hyde, Berit Ellingsen, Daniel Peña, Maryse Meijer, Sam Weller, Michelle Pretorious, Ting Gou, and many others.
